* Redesign and & supply the materials to convert existing C-Press frame to new “FFP” application

* Design & supply a special high speed hydraulic forging press drive system with variable main pump speed by frequency controlled main motor drive

* Design and supply new Electronic controls

Specification :

* Single crank driven plunger pump with flywheel operation for regain of decompression energy

* Max. press force ­ 250 tons

* Max. stroke ­ 12 ins.

* Forging stroke amplitude ­ 2 ins (at all stroke rates)

* Stroke rate ­ 80 to 230 strokes / min.

* Replace existing water drive by an 8 pump "sinusoidal" oil hydraulic system
