WPE Terms & Conditions

  • Wepuko's proprietary packing technology enables our pumps to run for 3 or 4 times as long as competing designs before packings need adjustment or replacement.
  • Special Primary, Secondary and Intermediate seal designs, application specific lube and flushing systems virtually eliminate contamination, dry starts or leakage.
  • Wepuko pumps are designed for true 24-7 operation.
  • Wepuko valves use a minimum of moving parts and linear designs to improve efficiency and reduce dead area.
  • Robust drive end components eliminate broken cranks, rods and bearings.
  • Reliable drive arrangements require virtually no maintenance.
  • Wepuko Piston Cylinder Units (PCU) are quick and easy to replace.
  • Wepuko's special integral Load/Unload device means that unload valves downstream of the discharge are not required - reducing shock, complexity and maintenance.
  • Wear parts have extremely long lifetimes - with spares available in excess of 15 years.

Power Range Table for Wepuko Triplex Pumps

Construction:

Basically, the 3 plunger (Triplex) pump consists of two main assemblies:

  • The Power End
  • The Fluid End

The internal layout and operation of the Power End is very similar to that of a 3 cylinder gas engine.

The Internal layout for each series is designed and proportioned according to the rod load. The power end serves as a structural component.

Triplex Plunger Pumps are capable of pumping almost any fluid. Available in a wide variety of configurations to meet the needs of many applications. Heavy duty and easy to maintain. They are designed especially for high-pressure, low maintenance, long life applications. The materials for the fluid end are specifically selected according to the liquid media. Cooling, heating or flushing of the fluid end is also available. The power end is supplied complete with integrated oil lubrication.
